Tailgating and food and beverage carry-ins are prohibited. Under the agreement announced March 4, the season will start with the stadium at 25% capacity, amounting to 11,000 to 12,000 fans. The safety rules for shuttles were part of the agreement reached between the Brewers and the city to permit having fans in the stands to start off the 2021 season while the pandemic is still in play.

In 2019, the last time shuttles ran to what was then Miller Park, more than 40 establishments were running shuttles to the ballpark. So far, 25 Milwaukee-area bars, restaurants and hotels have been approved for shuttle service.
